1. Shipping Within Kuwait

• Delivery is available to all areas of Kuwait on the same day.
• Delivery is usually completed within 2 hours of confirming the order.
• Delivery time may vary slightly during high pressure or unexpected circumstances; the client will be notified if needed.
• Please ensure the phone number and address are correct to facilitate communication and quick delivery.

2. Delivery Fees Within Kuwait

• Delivery fees are determined automatically based on the area (Capital, Hawalli, Ahmadi, Jahra, etc.) and are clearly displayed at checkout.
• Delivery fees are paid to the carrier company and are therefore non-refundable after delivery is completed.

3. Shipping to Saudi Arabia

We provide reliable shipping service to our customers in Saudi Arabia according to the following regulations:

A. Shipping Duration
Shipping and arrival take up to 14 days from the date the order is shipped.

B. Determining Shipping Cost
Cost depends on weight. You must contact us via WhatsApp to determine the shipment weight, appropriate shipping carrier, and final cost accurately.

C. Saudi Customs Requirements
The customer must provide a copy of their National ID before shipping the order. This procedure is mandatory and official according to Saudi Customs requirements to ensure clearance and safe passage of the shipment.

4. Shipment Responsibility

• Once the shipment is handed over to the international shipping company, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier until it reaches the customer.
• The site management is not responsible for any delays resulting from customs clearance procedures or any additional fees imposed by Saudi Customs.
• The customer bears any customs duties or taxes (if applicable) applied to international shipping upon receipt.

5. Shipment Tracking

The customer is provided with a Tracking Number immediately after the order is shipped, and you can follow the shipment path step by step through the selected shipping company’s website.
