In short: there are five ways to pay at Vape Sub Zero — KNET, Visa and Mastercard or cash when you collect your order at the branch, or Wamd or a payment link if you would rather pay in advance. Nothing is charged while you browse: you pick what you want, send it to us on WhatsApp, and we agree on the payment method that suits you. If your order is a shipment to Saudi Arabia, payment is settled before we prepare it.

There is no direct checkout gateway on the product page, and that is deliberate — explained further down.
Paying on collection at the branch
KNET
KNET is available at both branches — Salmiya and Rigai — and it is what most of our customers use. You pick your items from the disposables, the e-liquids or any other section, send us the order on WhatsApp, we prepare it, and you pay by card on collection. There is no surcharge and nothing has to be paid up front.
Cash
Exactly the same if you prefer cash. It also applies if you walk in without ordering ahead — browse the range, choose, and pay at the counter by KNET or cash.
Visa and Mastercard
International cards are accepted at both branches alongside KNET — the right option if you are visiting Kuwait or carrying a card issued outside it.
Paying in advance — Wamd and the payment link
Sometimes you want the payment settled before you come: to hold a specific item, because someone else is collecting on your behalf, or simply to pick up and go without stopping at the counter. Two options:
Wamd
Wamd is available for instant transfers. Once we confirm your order and the final amount, we send the transfer details on WhatsApp — you transfer, and we prepare the order under your name so it is ready for collection.
Payment link
The other option is a payment link we send on WhatsApp once the order and the total are confirmed. You open the link, complete the payment, and we prepare the order under your name.

Paying for shipments to Saudi Arabia
Our shipping service from Kuwait to Saudi Arabia covers disposables, vape e-liquids and genuine vape devices, and comes with a tracking number.
Because the shipment leaves Kuwait and travels, payment is settled before preparation. We agree the item list and the final amount with you on WhatsApp, send the Wamd details or the payment link, and as soon as it clears we start preparing the order and give you the tracking number. The amount and any shipping fees are set when the order is confirmed, based on the size and destination of the shipment, so we cannot quote a fixed figure here.
Why there is no direct online checkout
The website works as a full product showroom: you see the range, the photos and the details, and compare models at your own pace, while order confirmation and payment happen with us directly on WhatsApp.
That has a practical benefit for you as well. Before you pay, we confirm the exact flavour, strength and model are in stock. The most frustrating thing for any customer is paying and then finding out the flavour they wanted has run out — confirming on WhatsApp closes that door from the start. And if the item you want is unavailable, we suggest the closest alternative instead of leaving your order waiting.

Frequently asked questions about payment
Do you accept KNET at the branch?
Yes, KNET is available at both the Salmiya and Rigai branches, with no surcharge.
Can I pay when I collect from the branch?
Yes. Paying by KNET or cash when you collect your order at the Salmiya or Rigai branch is available and needs no advance payment.
Do I have to pay before you prepare the order?
No — with one exception: shipments to Saudi Arabia are settled before preparation.
Do you accept Visa and Mastercard?
Yes, international cards are accepted at both branches alongside KNET.
Can I transfer through Wamd?
Yes. Send us your order on WhatsApp, we confirm the final amount, and we send you the Wamd transfer details.
Are there extra fees for paying?
There are no additional fees on the payment itself. Any shipping charges for orders leaving Kuwait are set and told to you when the order is confirmed on WhatsApp, before any payment.
Can I return an item after paying?
It depends on the condition and type of the item. Review the return and exchange policy before ordering, and if you have a question about a specific item, ask us before you buy.
What information do you need to confirm an order?
