Kuwait’s regulators issued Ministerial Decision No. 27 of 2026, and the practical outcome for you as a buyer is this: delivery of tobacco products inside Kuwait is suspended. 1 · Order online and collect at the branch
This is the most used route, and four steps cover it:

- Send the order on WhatsApp. Easiest way: copy the product page link and send it with the quantity and the branch that suits you.
- We prepare it. We confirm availability and set the items aside under your name.
- You collect it. No queuing, no waiting, no hunting through the shelves.

2 · Come to the branch directly
If you prefer to see the product in your hand and compare before deciding, both branches are open seven days a week:
- Salmiya branch — Salem Al Mubarak Street, Amar Plaza. Open 24 hours.
- Rigai branch — opposite the new Courts Complex, next to Grand Hyper. Open 8:00 AM to 4:00 AM.

3 · Shipping to Saudi Arabia with a tracking number
If you are outside Kuwait, our shipping service to Saudi Arabia is available and officially announced, covering disposables, vape e-liquids and genuine vape devices. Every shipment comes with a tracking number so you can follow it step by step.

Why shops still promising fast delivery deserve a second look

How long does an order take to prepare?
It depends on the availability of the items you ordered. Most orders are for items in stock and are prepared quickly, and we message you on WhatsApp as soon as yours is ready. If something needs time, we tell you up front rather than leaving you waiting without knowing.
Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes. All we need is for you to tell us on WhatsApp the name of the person collecting before they come, and for them to have the order number or the confirmation message.
What payment methods are available?
KNET or cash on collection at the branch, or Wamd or a payment link if you would rather pay in advance. Shipments to Saudi Arabia are settled before preparation. Full details are on the payment methods page.
