Delivery — areas and timings
Delivery covers all of Kuwait, not one or two districts. Whether you are in Salmiya, Jahra, Fintas or Riggae, the order comes to your door.
The usual timeframe is same day, and most orders are dispatched and delivered within about two hours of the moment we confirm the order. A few things can stretch that:
- Time of day — very late-night orders may be scheduled for early morning, especially for the outer areas.
- Demand — weekends and holidays are busier than ordinary days.
- Stock location — if one item is at one branch and another item is at the other, we consolidate the order first and tell you the expected time.
In every case we give you the expected time on WhatsApp before the order goes out — you are never left waiting without an update.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee depends on your area: districts close to either branch cost less, and outlying districts cost a little more because the run is longer. We confirm the exact fee on WhatsApp when we confirm the order, before anything is dispatched — no surprises at the door.

How to order — step by step
Orders run through WhatsApp, and that is the fastest route because you confirm availability before anything else:
- Choose on the site. Browse disposables, e-liquids, vape devices or IQOS, and decide what you want.
- Send us the list on WhatsApp — 5088 3667 (Salmiya) or 5112 4370 (Rigai). You can send product links directly, or just the names.
- We confirm. You get a reply with availability, the total, the delivery fee and the expected time.
- The order goes out and arrives at the address you give us.

Some people would rather pick the order up — either because they are passing anyway, or because they want to see the device first. That option stands:
- Salmiya branch — Salem Al Mubarak Street, Amar Plaza Complex. Open 24 hours, seven days a week.
- Rigai branch — opposite the new Courts Complex, next to Grand Hyper. Open 8 AM to 4 AM.
