One point worth clearing up first: delivery inside Kuwait is suspended for tobacco products under Ministerial Decision No. 27 of 2026, and collection inside Kuwait is now done at the branch. But shipping to Saudi Arabia is a completely separate service and it continues, announced officially on the site.
So if you are in Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar or Jeddah and want products you cannot find locally, you can order from our range and have it shipped. This is our widest-reaching service: you do not need to be in Kuwait at all to order.
What ships?
The announced service covers three main categories:
Disposables
The largest section in the store — over 1,100 products in the disposables section, in different capacities, strengths and flavours, from brands such as Air Bar, Insta Bar, JDI, Shishti and Al Fakher. Disposables are the most requested items in shipments to Saudi Arabia because they need no setup: open the box and use it.
Vape e-liquids — salt nic and freebase
The e-liquids section holds over 570 flavours across two types:
- Salt nic — for small, low-power devices with an MTL draw. Nicotine strengths are higher.
- Freebase — for higher-powered devices with a DTL draw and heavier vapour.
If you are not sure which type suits your device, ask before you order — this is the most common mistake customers make, and correcting it after the shipment has arrived is expensive.

When is the order prepared?
Preparation begins once payment clears, and depends on the availability of the items you ordered. Most orders are for items in stock and are prepared quickly; if something needs to be sourced, we tell you at order confirmation, before you pay — we will not leave you waiting without knowing.
The transit time itself depends on the courier and your destination inside Saudi Arabia, and we give you the estimate when the order is confirmed.
How do you track your shipment?
Every shipment comes with a tracking number, which we send you on WhatsApp as soon as it leaves. Enter it on the courier’s site and you can follow your shipment step by step. If it sits at one point for an unusual length of time, message us with the number and we will follow it up with you.
How to order a shipment to Saudi Arabia
The four steps
- Pick your items on the site. Browse the sections and note exactly what you want — name, flavour, strength and quantity.
- Send the list on WhatsApp. The easiest way: copy each product page link and send it. That removes any chance of confusion over a name or a flavour.
- We confirm availability and the final amount including shipping fees, and send you the Wamd transfer details or a payment link.

Tips that keep your shipment moving
