First-use steps
- After opening the box, make sure to remove all stickers and rubber plugs (from the mouthpiece and the bottom of the device) to allow proper airflow.
- For rechargeable devices, it is recommended to connect them to a charger briefly before first use to ensure stable battery performance.
- Take slow, moderate puffs, and avoid covering the airflow holes located at the bottom or side of the device with your hand while inhaling.
Charging and storage warnings
- If your device is rechargeable, charge it using a USB port (computer/car) or a low-power charger, and avoid fast phone chargers, as they may damage the battery and burn the flavor. Non-rechargeable devices are simply used until the battery or e-liquid runs out.
- It is preferable to keep the device in a vertical position when not in use to prevent leaking and ensure the cotton stays properly saturated.

Why is the device not working?
Make sure you have removed every silicone plug from the mouthpiece and the sticker from the bottom of the device so air can flow. Also check that you are not accidentally covering the small airflow holes on the body of the device with your hand while you inhale.
What does a repeatedly flashing light mean?
A repeatedly flashing light usually means the battery is flat. If your model is rechargeable, connect it to a slow charger such as a computer or car port for 20 to 30 minutes, and avoid very fast chargers.
What causes a burnt taste or a change in flavour?
A burnt taste or a change in flavour is usually caused by hard, back-to-back puffs, which do not give the cotton time to re-saturate. If the taste stays bad or burnt, that means the e-liquid has run out and the device has reached the end of its life.
