In short: PHIX (some people spell it «Fix» in Arabic) is a simple MTL system: a device and pre-filled pods you click in and draw from, with no refilling and no coils to change. Pods come in three sizes: 1.3 ml and 1.7 ml (a pack of 4 pods at 50 nicotine) and 6 ml (36 nicotine). And if you do not want pods, we stock the PHIX X 5000 disposable. The full range is here, all genuine and in stock at our Salmiya and Rigai branches.
Which device? Four options
| Option | What is in it | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| PHIX 6 Starter Kit | A device with a 400 mAh battery, one 6 ml pod, a charger and a child-safety lock | Starting with 6 ml pods |
| PHIX PRO device | A carbon-fibre style device with a Type-C charger. Pods are sold separately | Anyone who wants a sturdy device and picks pods separately |
| PHIX DM7 Starter kit | The device with a lanyard, a Type-C cable and two 50 nicotine pods (grape and tobacco), with automatic draw and no button | The fastest start: everything in the box |
| PHIX X 5000 puffs | A disposable with 11.5 ml of flavour at 36 mg (3.6%), no pods | Anyone who does not want to swap pods |
PHIX suits you if you want:
- A draw close to a cigarette rather than a heavy DTL cloud
- A device with no refilling and no maintenance
- Something small in a pocket
If you want denser vapour and wattage control, look at vape devices instead.

Compatibility — read this before ordering
PHIX pods are for PHIX devices only. They do not fit other devices even when the shape looks similar, and the reverse is equally true. The 6 ml pod is labelled «PHIX 6» and comes with the PHIX 6 Starter Kit. This is the most common mistake we see in the pods section.
Before ordering a replacement, confirm:
- Your device — the 6 Starter, the Pro, or the device with pods
- Pod size — 1.3, 1.7 or 6 ml
- Nicotine strength — 18, 50 or 36
- The flavour by its exact name
The easiest route: photograph the device or the old pod or its box and send it on WhatsApp — we will identify the exact match from the pods and coils section.
Getting more life out of a pod
- Do not chain-draw — leave a few seconds between puffs
- Store it upright, not inverted, and never in a hot car
- An opened pod has a shelf life — do not stock more than about a month of use

Frequently asked questions
Are PHIX and Fix the same thing?
Yes, it is the same PHIX brand. In Arabic it is written «فيكس» or «فكس», and everything we stock is listed under PHIX.
Do PHIX pods fit other devices?
No. PHIX pods are for PHIX devices only, so confirm your device and the pod size before ordering.
What is the difference between 1.3, 1.7 and 6 ml pods?
The 1.3 and 1.7 ml come as a pack of 4 pods at 50 nicotine, each pod about 400 puffs. The 6 ml is a single pod at 36 nicotine, labelled PHIX 6.
Which strength should I choose?
50 nicotine if you are coming from cigarettes or use it heavily; 18 nicotine if you want something lighter (available in a few flavours); the 6 ml pods are 36.
How long does a pod last?
In the 1.3 and 1.7 ml packs each pod is about 400 puffs. When the taste changes or the vapour weakens, it is time to swap.
What is the PHIX X 5000?
A disposable with 11.5 ml of flavour and up to 5000 puffs at 36 mg (3.6%), with no pods and no refilling.
