What are the signs of a damaged battery, and how do I care for it?
Signs of a damaged battery include a scratch or tear in the outer wrap, the battery running unusually hot, or the charge draining very quickly. To look after it, keep the contact terminals clean of dust and e-liquid residue so performance stays stable.
Why does e-liquid leak?
Leaking is usually caused by a coil that is not seated tightly or by worn sealing rings. Leaving the device in a car or anywhere hot can also make the liquid expand and seep out.
What causes a dry hit?
A dry hit happens when you run the device at a higher wattage than the coil is rated for, or when the liquid level drops and the cotton dries out.
What do I need to use Vaporesso Gen X?
Vape devices like Vaporesso Gen X run on freebase e-liquid from our Freebase E-Liquids range, and need replacement coils that match the tank, from Pods & Coils. The correct coil number is printed on the device box. Do not use salt nicotine e-liquid in these devices.
