In short: VELO are tobacco-free nicotine pouches from British American Tobacco. You place one under your lip — no smoke, no vapour, no device. At Vape Sub Zero we stock VELO mint flavours (Freezing Peppermint, Bright Spearmint, Freeze Max, Crispy Peppermint) and fruit flavours (Ruby Berry, Icy Berries, Strawberry, Purple Grape, Wintry Watermelon, Sweet Papaya), from 6 to 17 mg, in Mini and Slim formats. This guide sorts VELO in Kuwait by flavour, strength and size.
What are VELO nicotine pouches?
VELO is a nicotine pouch brand owned by British American Tobacco. Each pouch holds nicotine, plant-based fibres and flavouring, with no tobacco leaf, and needs no charging or device. You place it between your lip and gum and the flavour and nicotine release gradually.
A can holds 20 pouches in the slim format and 15 in the mini format. For a side-by-side comparison with ZYN and DZRT, see our nicotine pouches in Kuwait guide.
VELO mint flavours
VELO Freezing Peppermint — 11, 14 and 17 mg
VELO’s best-known flavour: peppermint and menthol with a strong icy finish, in a slim pouch. Three strengths let you start at 11 mg and step up to 14 or 17. VELO Freezing Peppermint.
VELO Bright Spearmint — 6 and 14 mg
Smooth spearmint with a light cool edge, gentler than the peppermint. 6 mg suits beginners, 14 mg suits experienced users. VELO Bright Spearmint.
VELO Freeze Max — 17 mg
The strongest menthol in the range, for users already used to high nicotine. VELO Freeze Max.
VELO Crispy Peppermint
A sharp, crisp peppermint in a slim pouch. VELO Crispy Peppermint.
VELO fruit flavours
- Ruby Berry — 10 mg: red berries with a mixed-fruit profile. VELO Ruby Berry.
- Icy Berries — 10 mg: mixed berries with ice, slim format, made in Sweden. VELO Icy Berries.
- Strawberry Ice — 6 mg, Mini: sweet, fresh strawberry, 15 pouches per can. VELO Strawberry Ice.
- Purple Grape — 6 mg, Mini: sweet, intense grape, 15 pouches per can. VELO Purple Grape.

VELO strengths from 6 to 17 mg: which one?
| Strength | Who it suits | Examples in stock |
|---|---|---|
| 6 mg | Your first nicotine pouch | Strawberry Ice, Purple Grape, Bright Spearmint 6 |
| 8–10 mg | Medium, if you have used pouches before | Sweet Papaya, Ruby Berry, Icy Berries, Wintry Watermelon |
| 11–14 mg | Strong, for regular high-nicotine users | Freezing Peppermint 11 and 14, Bright Spearmint 14 |
| 17 mg | The highest, for experienced users only | Freeze Max, Freezing Peppermint 17 |
Our standing advice: start at 6 mg, even if you vape at a high strength. A pouch delivers nicotine differently from a vape, and starting too strong is an uncomfortable first experience.
VELO Mini or Slim?
| Format | Description | Pouches per can | Examples in stock |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mini | The smallest pouch, barely noticeable under the lip | 15 | Strawberry Ice, Purple Grape |
| Slim | Longer and thinner, with longer-lasting flavour | 20 | The mint range, Ruby Berry, Icy Berries |

- Open the can and take out one pouch.
- Place it between your upper lip and gum and leave it in place — do not chew it.
